Sheesh ... nightmares. At Great America about 20 years ago Jim and I took some church youth and a number of us waited in line to ride The Edge (free fall). The line was long and bit by bit youth bailed out as we got closer ... leaving Jim and I to take on the challenge. Whew ... what a thriller! The vertical drop was swift and we ended up on our backs in the tracked seats. A week later someone was killed and they closed it. Now they have one that drops 90 mph from way higher than the one we rode on. No thanks.
