Sheewww! Exercise was great. Every morning I jog 50 times around the block, when Im done, I push the block back under my bed. Then I do sit ups Sit on the bed, stand up, sit on the bed, stand up... Then I move on to stretching I yawn... Bend overs Put on my shoes Tie my laces... Arm curls The more I have to eat, the more my arms curl... Yay! I feel goooood - I feel better than James Brown.
