Shes sweet as sugar and an absolute joy to work with! Ms. Nasreen came to me about five weeks ago. She had zero fitness experience and an old nagging knee injury that made it difficult for her to get up from the floor. Now look at her! Planks with toe taps?! YOU GO, GIRL! She was a bit shy of me posting this, but I assured her she looked GREAT. Just goes to show you anyone can begin a fitness journey. Perhaps, more importantly having fun doing it!
