B. Tech in Food science / Dairy science / Microbiology Experience : 10-12 years for Post Graduate. 6-8 years for B.Tech / Engineering. Industry(Source) : Reputed Food Industry Responsibilities : To supporting process by Providing feedback on process behaviour / trends to enable timely actions to avoid failures in terms of in-process reliability & finished product RFT. By providing timely inputs on Quality System compliance for all the shop floor activities By carry out swab sampling post CIP for process equipments for microbiological analysis. To maintain and upkeep the hygiene, cleanliness and work place, inside Process area. To support Manger Labs for in batch release process. To support Manager Labs for implementation of QMS. To address the Quality issues within shift, OOS handling, complaint handling& carry out expanded analysis as a support to rework / reprocess of non-conforming material. Lab maintenance, inventory management in MP,SD & DB lab. Knowledge and Technical Skills required : Knowledge of analytical techniques and operation of instruments used in quality function of a food process industry. Knowledge of QMS principles / GMP requirements in a food industry. Knowledge of food packing systems. Knowledge of ISO-9001:2000, HACCP, ISO 22000. ISO 14000 & 18000 requirements & PFA regulations. Certifications : Certified Auditor for systems like ISO 9001/ HACCP/ ISO 22000 shall be preferred. Maximum CTC offered: 12 LPA (Depending on the Educational Qualification and experience of the candidate) NOTE: Should be open for working in any shifts mandatorily.
