Shizanee Update!! Though a little skinnier due to the healing process being so strenuous, we opened a ll gates for our girl today and are returning her to the pastures with the other horses. The wound is totally filled in, and almost completely closed, so we feel shes best off if she can go back to grazing with the others. I shed some tears as I watched her happily go out to the pastures, there was a time when I wondered if that wold ever happen for her. We are still cleaning with saline solution and Vetericyn twice a day, and are going to make sure shes ok, bringing her back in closer if needs be, but they all seem really happy to be back to normal. Thanks for prayers nd support, lets see how she foes with this big step....4 weeks into the healing process, I never thought it would be this quickly! AND yes, her coat is starting to thicken beautifully for colder weather! Thank you Creator, for the healing and the guidance you blessed Bob Wrangler and I with, and thanks to all of.you! Miracles DO happen, prayers ARE answered!
