Hillsborough poem: J F T 96 - Y N W A Justice is supposed to be fair For innocent people everywhere The truth will out and we will see 96 red souls will be set free You’ll see us protest and hear our shout Never give up till the truth comes out Walk together side by side Alone no more to fight the lies Justice can be hard to find For lifes struggles our hands may bind The light we seek will show the way 96 angels for whom we pray You’ll not understand the families’ loss Never have to suffer the horrendous cost Walk in their shoes and feel their pain Alone as long as injustice remains Justice we need once and for all For the rest of the world to hear our call The reason for the justice we seek 96 angels may rest in peace You’ll see us carry on the fight Never give up till we prove what’s right Walk once more with heads held high Alone no more we’ll expose the lies For my good friends Mick and Dave, all the Lewis family and all the families who continue the fight for justice.
