Shoulders Pump for Today Was Painfully Satisfying ! My Priority for Shoulders are the Lateral Head and the Posterior Head, since the Anterior gets activated & worked on most of the Pressing movements, so i want to isolate those heads more. The session consists of TUT, Tempo Work,Heavy and Light Rep Range Based, so it was to shock the Shoulders. My Deltoids were Screaming with Pain, But i never listen to them ! Always Mobilize your Joints and Have a nice Warmup before going to the Actual Training. It Looked like this:- 1a- Rear D/B Raise, 6 sets x 20-25 Reps. 1b- Face Pulls & Reverse Cable Raise,3 & 3 Sets x 20-25 Reps. 2a- Lateral Raise, 3 Sets x 10+5 Reps(10 with Tempo 4040,5 with Speed Reps)3 Sets x 10-12 Reps (Heavy Weights). 2b-One-Arm Cable Lateral Raise, 6 sets x 10-12 Reps (Tempo 4010). 3a- D/B Shoulder Press, 3 Sets x 8-12 Reps. 3b- Cable Upright Rows, 3 Sets x 10-15 Reps(Wide-Neutral-Close). 4- D/B Shrugs, 3 Sets x 25-30 Reps(Squeeze in Top). Finisher- Plate Rotation, 1 Set x 20 Reps. Rest for 60-90 Sec.Control Each and Every Movement (Negative Precisely) for that makes the Muscle grow, it will Pain and F*&K with your mind but control your pain and see the Results. Dont take too much weight than you can handle always focus on form, as shoulder Joint is very Delicate and you can injure yourself, so be your own Judge. So I hope you Guys Enjoy.
