Since going from 86 kilos to 52 kilos, i have become a bit of a campaigner in spreading the news of dropping sugar from your diet.. We are told to not eat carbs etc etc.. It isnt carbs that put on weight, it is sugar.. Carbs are slow burning energy but if taken with sugar, the carb are not burned of and stored as fat.. With out sugar in your system carbs are burned off as energy n no fat is stored. Just saying :)
