Since the Ironman in July Ive been thrashing about a bit trying to decide what my next endurance challenge might be. Well Ive finally decided on a challenge which will take both my mental and physical limits to the edge. Ive been inspired by the efforts of everyone in this group and it will be more important than ever now that it continues.
