Since the ice bucket challenges began more than 15 million dollars has been raised for ALS, also known as Lou Gehrigs disease. ALS is a progressive, fatal disorder affecting about 30,000 Americans. Approximately 5,600 Americans are newly diagnosed each year. Tomorrow we are hosting a special Dawn Patrol to contribute to this great cause. We will be performing the challenge after Dawn Patrol, if you would like to bring donations they will be turned in to Derek Ball a committee member for ALS.
