Since we were talking freedom of speech and truth, I can also reassure you that I will use my rights to express my displeasure about one of the most horrendous experiences I had with any doctor yet until: Dr Schuyler Van Dyke. I have not seen anything so atrocious before hand and would have laughed it off had anyone told me. Dr Schuyler VD like the overall cutlure wihtin medical in this city tends to use and then abuse mental health profiling or any disability profiling in the most unqualified manner to enforce treatment or medical care and deny the freedom of choice where to seek it. Her means of treatment are in violation of all patients rights, her attitude of human rights. She will sit you down and then simply lie to you about medical necessity of a procedure without ever discussing this procedure or explaining it to you before hand or asking your consent. If you complain to your insurance ( which I did) she will override you by hiding behind her doctors integrity, which in itself is one of the most unqualified ways of handling any complaint. I have posted about this doctor before, and can correlate much of the damage done on our property with the time line of the postings. It would be of course absolutely possible, a bunch of upset kids or boyfriends who just cant have mom talked about this way. But we are not in highschool here, and we do not bully, and we certainly do not try to shut up when truth is spoken, but..somehow we do try!! LOL Because no one dares to talk about anything here that need be pointed out openly!! Instead you will be threatenend and stalked and then attacked. It is my right to speak about my experiences with Dr Van Dyke and also express my opinion about her. If anyone wishes to challenge this, Dr Van Dyke can get back to the insurance and explain a few of those submissions and claims and take proper position with the complaint I have submitted. We had quite a few bad experiences here and both my husband and I are used to exercise our rights of freedom of speech and give openly feedback, something btw very American!!!. After all I am jsut talking here within my Fb page, I coul d have gone on OPRHA with it, that too, would have been my right!!! It is my right to say that I would not recommend this Dr Van Dyke to anyone! Least someone disabled, since I consider her a risk to any patients health and safety, and fore most rights. And a patients nerves, LOL< since she will definitely try to stab one! That part was about the most unbelievable I had ever seen or experienced. Stabs my nerve and then tells me it did not show on the xray?? What x ray was she lookign at? Later on the phone she said something about me having some weird branch of a nerve there and that it did show. After wards. LOL When you request less numbing you will get the choice: either the way we do it, or pain...wow! This is on top of all also a customer rights violation. Of course she may not treat everyone the same, so this is what I experienced and took as a lesson from my visits to her. And it is my right to give feedback, negative or positive. Now as I am writing this I wonder which psycho is going to act out a new line of retribution?? LOL In any case, it is my right to speak up and out. And I can do so humorously, nastily, or simply factually. My facebook page is like my home, where I discuss everything as I please. The truth must never be suppressed and I have the right to voice my opinion. It is what you can read here, and that is quite shocking, even without going into the details of her claims, ie that my teeth were underdevelopped, that I needed crowns and veneers everywhere for medical reasons, a ludicrous, false, and therefore corrupt claim. She is not used to patients saying NO, and she certainly would not let anyone disabled or on a mental profile exercise their very patients rights to do so. And I doubt anyone ever much has. Certainly it is not custom to speak up and out here. I am exercising my rights, but anyone coming here to stalk my page or try to get me for speaking out is violating them. If bullies can shut you up now, how much more silent will you be when they take over and charge of this city some day? Freedom of speech is an American right envied by the entire world. Perhaps some places have to come a long way yet!
