Sincerity is scarce. Very seldom will you come across one who wishes to remain by your side indefinitely. Youll be more than lucky to have few friends that will accept your shortcomings without simply leaving you for the next most outwardly intriguing vogue. Understanding that most of us are in vain pursuit of a lost cause, or that we seek the wrong future.. is tacitly understood.. Yet we contradict that gut-wrenching compulsion only to plunge deeper into what seems to be an ever-expanding pit.. Why do we continue to disrupt what is good only to win the favor of those we know will cease to last? To care exclusively about your self-image and how others perceive you, will ultimately be your demise. It seems that in our age, the basic principles of loyalty and trust are all but absent.. Are there none who wish to hold firm on who they truly are? Those who do find more reward in the authentic relationships that they can form with others who can feel acceptable by merely being themselves.. Is change really a good thing? The moment you find yourself being propelled into a foreign mentality, is the moment that you must choose who youd like truly like to be. Whether you wish to stand fast on your personal safe-keepings, or rather conform to the mindset of all.. Can we really be.. different?
