Sitting here reflecting on another amazing Team Beachbody Super Saturday. A great day spent with my team, my friends, my extended family. Truly blessed for each and every one of them for coming into my life. We kicked off the day with an incredible Glow workout led by Master Trainer Joie Salemi Walsh. And holy $h!t did she set the tempo for the day. Only to have that followed up with some incredibly moving and inspiring talks from the great Kim Parker, Colleen Eddy, my coach, Nikki Palumbo Filosa and not to mention Greg Plaskett & Keith D. Callahan. The energy at these events is infectious. Being surrounded by 300 like minded people, all working together, bettering themselves, to help others live a happier healthier life, it just gives off a vibe, an energy like nothing else. Nikki, Joie, Candice Talbot and Elizabeth Hartke, you ladies did a fantastic job hosting this event. Thank you so much for all your hard work putting together this amazing day.
