No copyright infringement is intended; the rights to this music are owned by the artists. Since I am using this music for non-commercial purposes to educate those with an interest in the traditional music of Scotland (or folk music in general) about these two wonderful musicians, I would hope it is considered “fair use” under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976.
