Small Concerning Report About The Future Of WWEs Ownership, TV - TopicsExpress

Small Concerning Report About The Future Of WWEs Ownership, TV Rights Update Source: Wrestling Observer The Wrestling Observer is reporting that with the major names that are currently involved in WWEs TV contract situation, WGN is another name that can be thrown into the mix. They were the only competitor to go against the USA Network back in 2008 and they believe they can help WGN spread their target audiences and get cable companies to charge them more to host their station. As many have suspected, the AMC report of them wanting to purchase WWE is seemingly not being taken seriously by most inventors. However, the big issue that has come up is in regard to Vince McMahon. The report suggests that if ever something happened to Vince himself, Stephanie McMahon may have taken a step back and theres said to be a feeling that maybe she isnt positioning herself to take over. This could allow Triple H to become the next CEO but the report also suggests that he isnt in a current position to take over and may not be in the future. This would then go further down to Michelle Wilson and George Barrios. Concerns can be made for both with Barrios knowledge of the media and wrestling business as well as Wilsons knowledge about wrestling. Should the WWE Network fail or WWE doesnt get the right money on the TV deals, these are the two names that are likely to take a fair share of blame. If they were to ever take over the company itself, the possibility of selling WWE would likely be higher. Lets hope Stephanie & Paul are wanting to take the business forward.
