Smoke Em If Ya Got Em BBQ had a fun time and good showing at the Fire and Iron Station 87 BBQ Cook Off. We were able to take home Reserve Grand Champion with a 2nd & 4th in cooks choice, 2nd in chicken, 1st in ribs and 4th in brisket. It was a great way to end our cook off season. A highlight was having one of the judges seek me out and tell me how that was the first 10 shes given on ribs in 5 years and that shes a trained judge for the American Royal...pretty damn cool! Thank you to all of our sponsors this year. Without your help we wouldnt be able to do compete in these events. Also a big thank you to all of our supporters. We are truly blessed to have such wonderful family and friends who come out and cheer for us during awards...it is a wonderful feeling to hear those cheers over the rest of the crowd.
