Smoked Paprika Chicken: 2 lbs. boneless, skinless boneless chicken breasts 2 tbsp smoked paprika, or more if needed ( I love it and always add a touch more) Seasoning (all to taste... maybe a tsp of each...sorry, dont really measure a lot) garlic powder Onion powder salt and pepper 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (again this is an estimate put all above ingredients in a plastic ziploc, add chicken and mix around. Once all the chicken is nicely coated put in a baking dish, pour remaining mix over the top of the chicken and bake at 350 for an hour. We typically serve this with a side of veggies and a salad.... Left over chicken is great cut up on top of a salad for lunch the next day :)
