Sneakily recording Paulo talking Mind-Body work in my kitchen after the Radiant Health workshop in Manchester. This is some of what will be shared in the workshop tomorrow at Zu, However, most of it will be live participation moving the body; altering the state of awareness. Paulo had been sharing bits about Oral Bio-Cybernetics at the other workshop and it is getting me very excited to hear more at Zu.
