So I almost could have had a puppy last night, if the owner was never found. if the nieghbors would actually take care of their dogs and not let them roam the streets their poor little 6 week old puppy would not have been scared, lost, muddy, starving, scratched up and almost run over. We didnt know whose dog it was, he looked like a stray. So I gave him a bath, fed him and played with him... then heres comes the neighbor "omg i dont even know how he got out of the house" uh no, if she cared about her dogs she wouldnt leave her gate open for them to wander and they wouldnt go missing so long that they look like a stray! Take care of your dogs!
