So, I am curious as to what everyone watches and why? What type of anime are you a fan of, list your top 5 favorites? I have always been a fan of any History-related Anime, that being anime that features objects such as tanks/samurai/warships that are either artistically, or actually, represented as they were in the past, as I am a huge history buff. I am also a fan of any Slice of Life and Magical/Mystical/Psychic/Religious-Combat themed anime. My Top 5 would have to be: 1) To aru Kagaku/Majutsu no Railgun/Index series (I have been a fan of this series ever since it aired) 2) Girls und Panzer (Maus *spoiler*, nuff said) 3) Sword Art Online (This tickled my D&D/RPG side, Reminded me of .Hack//sign) 4) Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio (The ships may not be 100% Historically accurate, but the names/classes are, and so are the 20.3cm Twin Gun Mounts on Takao/Maya. Shioi/I-400 class is also quite historically accurate) 5) K-On! (My favorite SoL)
