So... I had an awesome conversation with the licensee for J. Gumbos Cajun/Creole restaurant. The food was fantastic authentic Cajun cuisine. They are looking to expand... How many of you like, or have even tried, Cajun/Creole cooking and what did you think of it.... Check out their menu. jgumbos Im just curious as to whether there would be a market anywhere in N.E. Indiana for this.... Weigh in for me please....
