So I have a serious question to all my peoples who have traveled to Africa... So clearly they have super rich folks in Africa right? Nigeria has just as many Black billionaires as America..So can someone explain to me why them folks dont invest in the infrastructure and build roads.. High speed rail.. Electric grids etc.. Why are the Chinese contracted to build stuff when theres a continent full of folk who could do the jobs. My friends that have traveled there say the people are amazing... But the Governments be corrupt as shit and very little gets done by way of development. We talking the oldest people on earth.. Im just curious as to whats going on over there. Whats stifling the development.. Contrast that with Dubai .. Where the rich folk there want they place to look super dope . Is the the fault of Europe ?
