Gauging Ive always sewn the little soldiers to the waistband. Now Im heard that you should sew the pleated skirts in a similar manner to a band. Im not getting the mental image that I need for this. Does anyone have a picture they can show me of how you tack on the pleated skirt to a band??? thanks.
