So, I spent some of my day riding with two guys that were on their final miles of the Four Courners of the United States Tour, rode with them up to Blaine, WA then rolled back south where they broke off going to Winthrop, WA on their way home (Virginia). To complete this ride is a monumental accomplishment, and I applaud these two guys. To be called a Finisher means alot to those that have done the ride. I am a finisher and I was gifted to be able to accompany these two men on the final miles of their ride. Approaching Blaine, WA I started have butterflies in my stomach, not for me but for them. They did well and I hate to see them go but I know they are soooooo wanting to get home. Jim and Bill may the road under you be sturdy, the wind with you and the clouds part for your journey home.
