So I was feeling quite sluggish this afternoon due to the lack of sleep the night before. I kept telling myself, I need to sweat it out to stay alert and focus. As reluctant as I was initially, I did a 30-minute workout and that quick session boosted my energy and state of mind. Youll never regret a workout, the only workout youll regret is the one that didnt happen! Go on and do this 30 minutes Cardio & Core routine today.
