So I was rear-ended in my truck this morning at the 4-0 intersection. The officer did not provide me with a report, but instead a card with a web link - buycrash. This site requires that I pay for the accident report. Does this seem unusual to anyone else. Anyone from Troy encounter this before? I need the report for my insurance company (USAA) but theres no chance Im paying for it. Ive already lost my truck because of this... Just seems like another government sham to me.
