So I went back to Staples today....just out of principle. I was overcharged yesterday ($2.99) for index cards that were labeled $1.99. I told the cashier I was starting to think it was on purpose because Im always overcharged there. He laughed and I made him promise hed fix it so that no one else would have the same problem. So this morning I went back and bought more index cards from the same bin. Price rang up $2.99. The cashier (a new one) insisted they were $2.99, until I showed him my photo of the sign, then he called for a price check. The cashier from yesterday was the guy who showed up and the instant saw me he said those are $1.99. I think Ill go back tomorrow too. Just to keep them honest. And if the price rings up $2.99....Im done with Staples. #indexcardgate
