So I will wrap up July with a listing that went from active to under contract in 12 hours and closed in 26 days, a presale for an amazing couple who got to design their beautiful H&H Home, finally got the amazing single mother that I have so enjoyed becoming friens with under contract in a great house that I KNOW will be perfect for her and her son (it was well worth 15 months of looking :) ) and I have the pleasure of helping a young and amazingly responible couple find their perfect FIRST home as they make their transition from GA! I love my business and my clients and I know that this is the beginning of an amazing journey for me! Cant wait to see what August brings!
