So, Im online somewhere to get registered and they want my plan ID, so I enter it, as in: SOS123456878 Then the machine rejects it. So, I enter it again. Same. Then I enter in some of the other numbers on the card. Nothing works. So, I call the help number on the back. And I get a very nice woman who helps me totally and to get registered. All goes well! The problem? I wasnt supposed to enter the SOS at the beginning! Was there any indication on the website? Of course not! Some of you do not know that once upon a time, I made my living writing computer manuals for big HR and payroll programs. I know how to write instructions that are clear, succinct, and correct! I think these people could use my services! Too bad! Im retired from all but writing and reading romances! Good luck to anyone dealing with this sort of thing. LOOLOLOLOLOL
