So Ive been thinking all day what to publicly say about the loss weve had today. Its a similar punch to the stomach that I felt losing Sandy. Shocking , unexpected. I didnt spend a lot of time with my cousin Julia , but the times I remember her around she was so warm, so happy and joyful, contagious. She was never a stand off-ish married relative, she just dove right in and made herself family from the get go from what I remember. My greatest memory of her was at my wedding, I was on the stage playing the intro to a TOOL song and she recognized it and put her hands up and started whoohoo-ing like she was at a rock concert,Ha! Thats what I think of when I think of Julia. My heart goes out to all the family I know and all her family I dont know. My deepest condolences to all. I take comfort in the promises set forth in Gods written word the Bible that promises us that all those who have died, will be resurrected and live again (john 5:28, acts 24:15). There is also the promise that God will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more....-Revelation 21:3,4. He has resurrected humans before (john 11:39-44) and has a yearning, a desire, to do it again.(Job 14:14,15) I hope these scriptures will bring some comfort to whoever looks into them.
