So, Ive had irritated stomach for about a week now but super irritation going on after a mega-carb day today!! Allysons 10th birthday so she chose the menu...We started the morning with ohsweetday/2010/03/strawberry-and-cream-cheese-muffin.html followed by Mac N Cheese for lunch and finally soft-leaf salad with chicken Alfredo and sweet tea for dinner. For desert we had Allys favorite allrecipes/recipe/peanut-butter-cake-ii/ Im now COMPLETELY and entirely miserable. But, happy to have made her day! She ended the day by pulling out a tooth and not finishing her school work. So, well start off tomorrow one assignment behind and Ill be sleep deprived as I have to stay up late to catch up on kitchen chores after all of my baking and extra cooking... LOVE THAT GIRLY! BTW The strawberry muffins have become a tradition now. They started about 4 years ago when I had some strawberries going bad and made muffins for her for breakfast. At that time, I kept muffin batter in the fridge and just tossed in whatever was handy for breakfast. As we have become more carb conscience, I do not do this anymore. Anyway, I had some strawberries going bad and didnt want to waist them. I thought, why not? She loved them and requests them for her b day every year now! She is tied between Jello cake and peanut-butter cake as her fave. So, this year she asked for Jello cake for her party and peanut-butter cake for her birthday itself. This is fine by me but TERRIBLE for my diet! In closing, have a great night and please pray for my sister Shallen Johnson Atkins who is having potential gallbladder issues and my best friend Michelle Michele Lynn Daniels little one Nicole who is under the weather and my parents Scott Marita Johnson Wilkins and Scott Wilkins who are traveling right now and my cousins Becky Gomez and Lexi Childs who lost fur babies today.
