So Jack just told me that he was forced to eat cheese and crackers at lunch today because there was no money in his account. I funded the account at 9:20 this morning and find it completely unacceptable that he was publicly humiliated in this manner. His food was on his tray, and he was forced to return it - am I to assume that the meal was then passed on to another child? I highly doubt that. So, a meal was wasted and my son was embarrassed because of my negligence to fund the account sooner? To say that I am livid really does not even begin to cover it . . .
