So Jefferson County wants to subpoena me back to WA to testify in the Pierce trial, however, they cannot guarantee I will be reimbursed for my loss of wages, only travel expenses. This will be the 3rd trip to WA and Ive never requested my wages be reimbursed before, but this time I am because I cant afford to miss 4 days of work, plus pay travel expenses and wait 2 months to be reimbursed only a portion of them like before. Well, Im sorry JeffCo, but Ive done my civic duty and if you cant reimburse me the money I lose at work and the money I spend travelling, then Im not getting on the plane. Ill take the warrant for my arrest. This is ridiculous.
