So. On a different note, I had a freelance character design gig. The client hated ALL of my designs, he kept shooting them down time and time again. I asked if there was any movie/tv show/comic that had a similar feel or aesthetic that he was looking for. He replied, and I quote, The problem is there is no examples of this. The level of sureality will exceed that movie the Cell. Butbthe cell could be Used as direction to go in. The problem here is hell, heaven, religion, and even preconvieved notions must be thrown out. Thats what makes it so hard. Unfortinantly I am an excellent writer with no drawing ability. The cell dragged you around in circles and gave you a few neat things to see but you pretty much knew who everybody was and what was going on. In this piece the reader has no clue. And will probably have to reread the story a few times forceably taking cues from the art work. So nobody can just skim this piece, throw it away and forget about it. Reread the material slowly allow your mind the freedom. Let each word fall like a snow flake. Misspellings are left as is. I quit immediately.
