So..... When I started working out, I made a goal to get under 200 pounds. Didnt care how long it took me, just wanted to get there eventually! Guess what?? Im officially under 200 pounds!!! I know that weighing yourself doesnt always show your progress, but it helps to have that little bit of back up!! It just gives me the confidence to keep pushing myself, no matter how much I feel like quitting!!
