So, all I need to give you is a digital copy of every single financial file for myself and my wife for the last three years? This would be so so so soooo much easier if it had all been given to me in digital format. Ive got a very large stack of paperwork that I have to scan, or have re-populated and re-sent to us from the point of origin in order to have valid and legal copies of such documents. This is not a fun task. That said, my local credit union will not only re-populate some of these documents and then certify them...theyll hand deliver them to the loan office. Very nice.
