So, back to double bell swings tonight as my shoulder mends but Im conscious of the issues surrounding the internal rotation of the shoulders with the standard V positioned handles. Ive been trying an inverted Kettlebell handle set up and despite an apparent or perceived reduction of back-swing ROM its not causing any ill feelings in my shoulder. Only a couple of sessions, but can anyone else relate to this, tried an inverted (pinky finger first) handle swing??
