So...did an online shop wiv Asda last night to be delivered tonight between 6pm-8pm. At 8.05pm I ring customer services to see where my shopping is.......cue wait on hold for 25 mins!!!!!! Speak to customer services who say they will ring the Newton Abbot store to see where my shopping is and they will ring back. Cue a half hour wait!!! It is now 9pm. Ring customer services again...cue a 15 minute wait! Newton Abbot Asda ring me....it is now 9.15pm!! Van with my shopping is on its way, will be with you by 9.45pm!!!! Van turns up with my shopping at 10.03pm!!!!! I told him to go away as it is now 10pm and my shoppjng delivery slot was 6-8pm!!!!! Sorry Asda not good enough, expect a very strongly worded letter to drop on the doormat of head office very soon!!!!!!! FFS!!!!!!!!!!
