So disappointed in Baskin Robins beside Jets Pizza in Hermitage tonight. My father and me decided to get some ice cream tonight . I went thru the drive thru asked the young lady for 2 scoops of mint chocolate chip , said she was out. Then I proceed to ask for 2 scoops of world class chocolate for my father youll never guess? Said they were out of it as well. So I said thanks and pulled around to go inside keep in mind it wasnt 8 o clock just yet. Only about 7:50. As we are walking in I see a bunch of teenage boys laughing with what looked like only 2 young girls running it...... They had loads of boxes of donuts. So I walk in she tells me they are closed. I said its not 8 yet and I was the one in the drive thru you told me you were out of the ice creams we asked for And Guess what??? They did have the ice cream that they told us was out. They lied. I mean how rude. She said I suppose we can serve you. Ill be calling the manager in the morning and having a long talk. They were on their cell phones... Just had service.
