So, everyone knows by now that weve had several things happening in our lives lately! Since Michael was hit by the shoplifter at walmart on August 10th, things have been a bit crazy. He was taken off work until March and is unable to drive because of the injury to his head. Because of his injuries, he decided to retire after 35 years and 9 months!!! So as of this past Tuesday, he is officially retired:) :) I know that this is the best for him and things will be great because Ive been told so by the Man upstairs :) Michael is a wonderful man and sincerely deserves the best that life has to offer! I know I havent been a very religious person in my life, but Ive had some wonderful things happen to me since I started going to Grace Fellowship Church in Cabot, which brings me to my second good news item. I am going to be baptized :) since our church doesnt have a baptismal, we have rented the Cabot Community (Veterans) Center! My sister (inlaw) Anita has asked to be baptized with me :) I have asked my son Blake to be to one to baptize us, for those who would like to come, it will be on October 5th at 2:00.
