So far this summer, I have been thoroughly impressed by Beardfest and Luna Light Music and Arts Festival. Event production and management is far from easy, and at times stressful and scary. I give full props to Out of the Beardspace and Manifested on hosting incredible festivals. To the Luna LightFestival fam - man oh man you guys got ball for taking on something as big as this past weekend. Every single act that performed was awesome, Lettuce can remind you every single time why thet are the absolute best band on the planet, and I gotta give mad props to Tweed for what I would call the breakthrough performance by any act this weekend. On Friday, I stopped calling it Luna Light and just started calling it Homie Fest, because thats pretty much what it was. Great seeing old friends and new this weekend.
