So far today...made myself birthday brownies...since no one else could open and read the directions! I have made breakfast, started potato soup in the crock pot, cooked goetta and waiting for it to cool to form, making chicken enchiladas and baking chicken in the oven for dinner....now I cook a bunch at a time and then package for throughout the week. I can make three meals from one rotisserie chicken...Thanks to Ryan Steigerwald for buying groceries this week!
