So flu season is here, and flu shots are being pushed down my throat by my job, billboard ads, and commercials via fear tactics. By the way, having a flu shot isnt a cure. What gets you sick isnt the virus, as much as it is your immune systems health. And these corporations are mass producing these vaccines years in advance to meet demand, they are unable to make an accurate stockpile version of the current year flu strain, instead its random guessing games. Having recipients of the shots immune systems comprised fighting the wrong viruses yearly. Lets not even talk about the flu shot ingredients smh. Its your body, do as you wish. But if I were you, I would adjust my diets to include foods with vitamin D, C, E, Zinc, and a few others daily, to stay healthy.
