So here was a test run with the mask on. First 1-1 1/2 miles, I really had to take deep inhalations. Ya know how you try to take deep breaths after u do a sprint to get yourself to recover? Thats the feeling I had for the first mile. In the video below I cant see anything but u can hear my breathing where I have acclimated with the mask on. I found a good rhythm in my stride and my breathing....and felt I could have done more but kept it to 25 minutes this evening because I had to get back to put the kids to sleep. The video is more like the value witch project. Hopefully u dont see any ghosts in the darkness there!!! Oh and one more thing. So u know when u finish a run, do u ever take note at how fast you are breathing? When I took the mask off I noticed that my respiratory rate quickly got slower
