So i took sam to the beach today. Water was nice with the 90 degrees plus humidity. We were throwing the football for about an hour then this lady came up to us with a very bothered look on her face. She said" do want this? This board? Do u want it?" And even though we have plenty, she looked so distressed i said yes! Sure! My son will be all over it! We took the boogy board. I handed it to sam and he said nah, throw me the football. So i did. After a couple minutes i noticed this 7-9 yr. old mexican boy. He was with his 12-13 yr old sister. I took the board and went up to him and asked" would u like this board buddy"? He looked shocked, then worried, then he looked and his sister and she said " take it"! I smiled and said " yea buddy, here! Have a blast"! Although i really dont know if he understood me. Lol as sam and i continued our day jumping in the water and throwing the football i couldnt help but notice off to my left ,the little mexican boy , huge smile on his face riding the whitewash in! Always watching the kids that were a little further out so he could figure out how to judge the wave. Trying to figure out just how they ride it in soooooo far! I tell u, my heart lept and the smile on that boys face was brighter than the 90 degree sun in the sky! It felt awesome to be enjoying the day with my boy at the beach, but that boy had probably never been there. And now he will probably never leave. :::))) my good karma for the day
