So it has come to my realization that though God loves us and wants to embrace, nurture, and show us how much is His love for us. He does have terms and conditions The scripture says, Abide in me and my words abide in you, you will ask what you desire and it shall be done for you. john15:7 (T&Cs apply) The next time you pray for something and it doesnt come to pass, check if He still abides in you, and His words abide in you. The scripture says, behold, I stand at the door and knock, if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come into him and dine with him, and he with me-revelations3:20 (T&Cs apply) Only if you hear His knock in your heart, invite and welcome Him, then surely will He come and surely will dwell in you The scripture says, if you love me, keep my commandments-john14:1 5(T&Cs apply) Yes weve a number of christians talking about how much they love God but fail to even keep just one commandment. Remember that actions speak much more louder than words. Love Him first by your actions, love Him first by keeping His commandments. The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth-psalms145:18 (T&Cs apply) Have you been crying, asking God to help you out? Have you called upon Him in truth?
