So it is clear -- this is how the dog fighting bill will be destroyed bc of this Nky Rep -- Fischer didnt get his proposed bill in by the deadline so he is proposing it as an amendment to the dog fighting bill (obviously NOT related to the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act he proposes.) Whether it is stupidity, selfishness or determination to not protect animals through HB408 - the result will be 408 crashing and burning after so many people fought for it. And the obvious - animal cruelty via fighting and baiting will continue in Ky. Dont think it happens in Ky.... trust me .... it does. Go to any region and talk to the shelters and animal control and they will tell you some truths.
