So, left Punta Cana yesterday, sat in hot airport sweating for around 4 hrs, missed our connecting flight due to maintenance issues, walked approximately 2 miles to get another flight booked, had to spend night in hotel, get up at 4:15 am (never got my wake up call & got referred to as a man on the phone), make it to gate realizing after sitting there an hour my suitcase is missing!! Back to all our stops between security & gate, find suitcase at security.... Tired, overwhelmed, & ready to be home!!!!
