So lets give Christians the benefit of the doubt. 1. God is real and he created and holds the universe together. 2. Jesus is God 3.So the bible covers the birth of Jesus and then jumps right to him dying essentially, lets say this lapse of time isnt due to his historical non-existence but just a clerical error or lost pages. 4. The whole self sacrifice thing makes sense How did the universe not totally fall apart during the 40 years God spent as a mortal with no control over the universe? If it didnt but it supposedly relies on him doesnt that mean it doesnt need him?
