So many of you follow me... this is a review of a company called #Live-technitions ... DO NOT... I REPEAT DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM! ! I was pushed BEYOND my limits this morning with the manager who refused to refund my parents the $289.99 they charged them for installing false program that is a virus which caused my parents computer to be wiped clean and shut down!! So talking to this guy while he is saying Im wrong the entire time and hes pushing me to get upset, I asked him if he knows anything about good customer service and he sarcastically said more then you do maam first off... I am not a maam! Haha. 2nd I have been in customer service since the age of 10 helping my mom in business being trained since I was little with a business background so I would say over 25 years of GOOD customer service skills means something. As well as I have marketed with NASCAR, CHEVROLET, PANTINE PRO V, and many other companies..... I KNOW and am confident in knowing good customer service! He said oh so that validates you in knowing anything?!?! I did graduate from college too and do an internship that travels around the world buddy.... plus I have been to a fee different countries... I am NOT stupid! Needless to say... do NOT trust this company! I just did a search and even HP told me they are a fraudulent Internet company! They write fake good reviews about themselfs however there are a TON of bad reports that they rip off people for $289.99!! So no coincidence there! So if u see 1-888-404-3224... DO NOT CALL THEM FOR HELP!! KEEP YPUR COMPUTER BUSINESS LOCAL OR USE YOUR MANUFACTURE! If O knew what was going on I would have rather given the business to my friend in Tampa who I know is amazing at working on computers! Btw... this fake company said they are in Las Vegas ..... they use that to say that. Im sure its a PO box which anyone can attain. We called back acting like we wanted to tell our friend to bring in a computer. Well they got defensive! So Mr Roy Johnson with an accent I dont even understand you most of the time... know we are contacting the BBB, FBI, News stations and spreading the word since I know NOTHING about customer service. He wonders why I was getting Pissed demanding my parents money back!! This guy even told me HP is a fraud! Haha! I asked him how many computers and other items his company manufactures! He was stumped! So feel free to never use this company called Live Technitions! They rip you off... now to change a bunch of passwords. Uuugghhhh... asshats!
